Fondatrice de la marque, Fatou Seyni Faye a grandi dans l’univers de la couture grâce à sa mère, qui dirigeait un atelier traditionnel. Depuis son plus jeune âge, elle observe les tissus, les coupes, les broderies et le savoir-faire qui donnent vie aux créations. Cet environnement nourrit très tôt son amour pour la mode et son attachement à la richesse culturelle africaine.

The things most asked.
Orders go out within 1–2 working days from our Berlin studio. EU orders arrive in 2–4 days; rest of world in 5–9 days. You’ll get a tracking link the moment we hand it to the courier — no « preparing your order » purgatory.
Cut-and-sew happens in Porto, Portugal at a family-run factory we’ve worked with since 2019. Heavyweight cotton is woven in Okayama, Japan. Hardware comes from YKK Italy. Every supplier name is published on the product pages — no NDAs, no vague « made in Europe ».
30 days to return anything that hasn’t been worn or washed, tags on. Free returns inside the EU and UK. We refund the original payment within five working days of receiving the parcel.
Yes — for life, on anything we made. Send it back, we patch, re-stitch, or replace hardware at cost (usually free). We’d rather fix a jacket than sell you a new one. Email repairs@zurix.co with photos.
True to size for a relaxed fit. If you’re between sizes, size down — the heavyweight cotton softens and drapes after a few wears. Every product page lists garment measurements and the model’s actual size.
